We have spaces and resources available to members and select community organizations for private and public events. We can host intimate meetings and large groups.

The primary purpose of HuntsvilleWest is to serve and support its coworking members and their guests. Therefore, we give priority to member-led or sponsored events.  Event organizers should comply with our Code of Conduct and follow our established protocols for events including our Events Checklist. Events happening at HuntsvilleWest shall support our mission and promote our values. 


Events require approval from HuntsvilleWest management. Events meet at least one of the following criteria:

  1. Requires booking an Event Room or a Public Area (see map)
  2. Will be open to the public
  3. Will be promoted on the HuntsvilleWest website and/or social media
  4. Happens after normal HuntsvilleWest working hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) and includes non-member guests
